Their estimate was completely wrong conveniently for them cause once they got my stuff on the truck I had no other choice but to pay them over $1500 more than what they had quoted me.My original estimate was $1100 i ended up paying $2700. doesnt sound like much of an estimate to me. Rich claimed to be able to get my stuff to florida fast which was very important to me and was a lie they held my stuff for about 2 weeks before it even left the state they would go days without calling me i had no idea where my stuff was at one point i called for days and emailed with no response i had to make believe i was a new customer for someone to call me back. i wanted to take my things off the truck at one point because the furniture wasn't any way near worth almost $3000 to move. But to take everything off the truck was gonna cost me over $1000 no one knew where the moving truck was it took 4 days for them to answer that question they are all so nasty except for ALISON when Rich was tired of hearing my complaining he would just hang up on me then mike would call and he was more useless . How professional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . when i got my furniture 25 days later i was missing a TV stand and the screws to one of my tables . talk about great service.
