Well dont know where to begin, other than save yourself alot of aggrevation and DO NOT USE THEM. My quote from that jerk Rick was $886 AFTER they loaded the truck they told me it was $3,000!! Let me see they couldnt tell if it was over when they arrived? Nice trick... not to mentioned I asked Rick to have someone come out to see what I had since I never had to use moving co before. He said no problem i have a idea! He is a total jerk. Would not return calls, then Eric calls me tells me he would contact me within a weeks time after reviewing the screw up quote vs total, and gee what a surprise, have yet to hear from him a month later.
Well I could write a book on all of this. To make it fairly short, they showed up 3 days later with a 18 wheeler at 8pm only to know they could not fit the semi into the complex (people i talked to said, any movers would know that)!
So they had to stay over night go pick up a smaller truck and move my stuff again, I cant begin to tell you all my broken items not to mention it has been a month and I STILL Do not have my chair cushions. They sent UPS lied about when they sent, and only to find out UPS could not deliver because they did not have a unit # so now I have to go pick them up from UPS warehouse. So if you have nothing but time on your hands, use them otherwise DO NOT GO THROUGH MY NIGHTMARE!!!
