This company has no business ethics at all. They work cheap for a reason.... the company contacted me to fulfill a move from Austin to Dallas. It was less than a 4 hr move, they had to pick up stuff from a storage facility and deliver to an apartment. The lost an entire suitcase and a rug. After repeated calls, they finally agreed on a settlement amount which they have never paid. It has been over 8 months now and till date they tell me that the check can be issue but will not be approved as the person to approve it is not available.... Not available for 8 months ??? they still deny that they would not hold from their commitment to pay however they don;t know when that will happen... ever!
I would suggest to pay some more money to another vendor and atleast get the peace of mind of not losing your goods and better customer service. I have moved across cities 3 times before but this on was the most disappointing. Beware of this business... they have terrible reviews across the internet. DO NOT hire these guyz.
