Movers showed up two hours late than the scheduled time. Surprisingly, they did not have any tools to disassemble the furniture and insisted me to provide or purchase the necessary tools for them. After calling their supervisor, the movers went and bought the tools from home depot and that delayed the start time even longer. Finally the moving started and it did not take much to realize that out of 4 movers, only two were professional movers and two had no idea what was going on. These two same guys wedged one of my expensive couches in to the door and broke a big piece of wood from the bottom of the couch. They taped some of side tables instead of saran wrap and damaged the wood stain. At the end of the moving, I found out that they were about to leave w/o assembling the furniture back. When asked to assemble the furniture, got very rude responses and reluctance to assemble. Again, had to call the supervisor to get them to finish the job. Real nightmare started when I tried to file the claim for the damages done during the move. The manager or supervisor would never be there to answer the calls or return the calls. It has been over three months still no positive responses from the company to show that they are sincere in responding to the claim. Very bad experience with this moving company.
