Simple as they said it would be.. No hidden fees..... I have moved before.. And I didn't believe in the beginning. But they did not charge me anything but the cost that was agreed in the beginning. They did give me 50$ of free boxes. The move was smooth and simple. I wish I had known about them a long time ago. I Highly Recommend
