Move overall went well-but there are a few issues I had with the company.
Movers were late-but very nice and helpful and friendly.
However, I was charged twice for a $50 deposit. I was charged once before the move, once as an initial deposit and once in the chaos as the movers were leaving. I was told by the office I was incorrect and not been charged when in fact I had. Bonnie was borderline rude. I received a call a few days later I would be refunded. No apology.
Had the movers move a grill. My husband and I attempted to use it last night and one knob was completely broken off and a gas nozzle was damaged and leaking. Now we have to pay to order replacement parts.
