I was worried about moving because I had no experience in hiring movers before. I was lucky enough to have a friend who knows of a good mover, so I decided to give it a call to see if it is decent for me.
Two weeks before the move date, I called them to inquire about their services. On the other side of the phone, I’ve heard a gleeful voice. The person I spoke with was courteous and pleasant. I asked whether they are available for the date and I was told that they would be there on the date.
I also asked for their estimate and I was given a reasonable one. What surprised me is that they didn’t ask me for a deposit. I was really expecting this thing already for a deposit would give me assurance that they would arrive on the agreed date. I was worried about this, but good thing they called me back a few days after to confirm.
On the day we were about to move, the guys arrived earlier than I’ve expected. They were very nice – helped pack things, moved our belongings and even took out the trash. I really appreciated such gesture.
Moving in to our new house was fast, efficient and seamless. I was happy with the service they had.
