On Pickup:
- first I clearly told all my furniture are granite tops, the pickup guy scared us telling it would break with blanket wrapping and he charged $300 for extra packing. They estimated 30 taps count for extra packing.
-out of 3 guys only one guy knows what he is doing, other two they have no idea what they are doing and even they broke my wall while bringing down the dresser.
- I sent all the photos and clearly told my stuff are huge and they gave only 709 cf but we ended up paying $1000 more for 900cf, even though I had every less boxes compared to the estimate.
- these guys came at 5pm and finished at 12am and these guys are not professional movers.
- one funny thing they forgot the toolbox with them to remove the furniture.
On delivery:
- another nightmare, they did not come on the requested date. They refused to put some of boxes in the second floor and they are rude when I asked them to put.
- one guy is on the call with headphones all the time and texting in between when he is not in call without fixing my furniture
- these guys are not professional too. They collected the money before even they put the stuff inside the house.
- my dresser mirror handle was broken.
I am wondering how others provided very good reviews, I got a quote for 800cf for $1700, I gave the advance and cancelled due to these guys good reviews. Mine was very bad experience with these guys.
