The relocation went down quite smoothly. They were punctual in everything including the arrival of the estimator, the crew and the delivery of my stuff. A mug was broken, and the coordinator was willing to compensate for the loss, but I was of the view that there was no need to because they had excellently cared for the rest of my things.
