The customer support manager I collaborated with was very nice to me and together with the crew did an awesome job for me. They did everything with the right attitude and were meticulous with my things. They had professional moving equipment such as a small moving truck that they used when loading my things. The manager was prompt with his communication and responded quickly when I enquired about the progress they had made on the journey to my new home in Philadelphia.
