My wife made the first call to Interstate Movers after we received an email from them and then handed over to me after she'd done the inventory (I have honestly no idea what we have in our home!). I went through the rest of the process with our very competent sales representative, and we were then taken care of by the dispatch department. The handover between different areas of the company was very smooth and they were obviously in constant communication so I always felt I had someone to talk to. They did a very professional job.
