Made the reservation back in June to lock in the best rate, but the buyers for the house backed out. I was able to postpone the move for as long as we needed, and they save the contract and the rate for the move. When we finally sold the house last month, I just had to pick up the phone and they were here in no time, like they've been waiting for us or something! Real professional people… We did have some changes last minute that I forgot until the day of the move, a few more boxes and a chair my wife wanted to take, so the price was a little higher, but still at the same rate that I reserved in June, so that's okay by me.
