I moved back to Chicago after a few years in DC. I really didn't realize how much I had crammed into my one bedroom apartment until I started doing an inventory, especially when I ventured to my storage down in the basement. All together, I had a surprising amount of things I couldn't bear to part with. May helped me sort through my inventory to keep the price in a reasonable range, especially considering that I was going to have less space in Chicago. I don't know if it comes with the territory for a relocation consultant, but I really appreciated the moral support she gave me. As far as the move itself was concerned, I had no complaints about the crew. They were here on time on both ends, and very professional and nice. With everything being said, I wished customer service would have called me, rather than myself calling them. But again, this was pretty smooth, and May was more than great! I will definitely move with them again!
