DO NOT USE this company. I bought into the reviews and decided to go with them. BIG mistake. They were late showing up to pack and load, leaving my house at 1:00am. The pick up crew was there less than 5 minutes and had not even looked through the house when he told me the price would be significantly higher than my quote. This was despite the fact that my inventory list was hyper-accurate. In fact, since the truck they brought wasn't big enough to hold everything, they didn't even move all of the items that were on my list. The things they did pack arrived broken and damaged. A couch arrived with water damage. How does that happen?!?!? Finally, when they packed my hanging items, they didn't even bother to put them on hangers in in the wardrobe box. Instead they simply threw expensive suits, ties, cocktail dresses, my wife's wedding dress that is 28 years old into the bottom of the wardrobe box and then piled stuff on top of it. Now I'm getting the run around from customer service.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
