The never called back unless they want to and they made promises to show up but then not show up. They charged extra on the fly when the item was very specific (a pool table). And then try to get to pay in cash before final setup. They damaged walls and light switch. They didn't have enough guys. They promised to setup but didn't follow through and again didn't call back. Not happy overall. The only good thing was the delivery guys were friendly and trying hard. They were subcontracted and had poor information from the main office. Not doing that again. No way to contact the office during a weekend delivery and the dispatch is a separate entity but they never mention that until they finally call. The insurance choices are poor. If they break it you may not get much back and still not clear if they are going to fix damages. They are just blowing me off.
