It has been almost 3 years since my move with Infinity and I am still trying to get my money back for the damaged and lost items that happened during my move. Their customer service is horrible and their sales people are straight out liars. We hired a moving company since it was a really quick move for us and I was hoping for a less stressful move with 4 kids. Not only was it more stressful, it was absolutely ridiculous the promises they made and didn't keep. I promise you will be better off moving yourself and saving yourself the $5000. There are so many more awful things I could tell you about this company, but I will just leave you with saying it was one of the worst decisions of my life to hire these people.
