i sent a quote on line and this company call me. the salesman name was Peter. he ask me what i have to move i told him all the things in my house. he gave me a price i ask him to sent someone out to my house to look at all my stuff he told me they don't do that. he told me that my down payment was $500 dollars i would pay another half of the money when the truck came and the rest when i get to florida. that was bull, when the truck came the driver start gave me story that half of the things i have to move Peter didn't wrote it down and it triple the amount of money that he quote me. i was so mad because i have to move and i did not have that kind of money. anyway they leave i call Peter and not for nothing in the world would he answer me. all now he still dont answer me. i spoke to a supervisor and he was so rude i ask him for my deposit back he told me i would never get it back. I have to use another moving company. now i have to use a lawyer to get my money back. this is the worst lying moving company their is. PLEASE DON'T USE INFINITY VAN LINES. AS SOON AS THEY TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT THAT'S IT, PLEASE DON'T FALL VITIM TO THESE ASSHOLES. THEY ARE THEFT AND SCAM.
