As with Vicki, we had issues with the movers doubling the estimate at time of pick up, refusing to unpack when I would not accept. I moved from Springfield Mass to Las Vegas Nevada. I have email proof of the misleading information and the blatant lies I was told by my contact Cliff. I found out they hired another company to pick up and deliver my stuff, this is the company that attempted to extorte the additional money not only at time of pick up but they attempted delivery 2 days later, not the 5 stated, then demanded that I pay a redelivary fee of $650 and $1000 per day for storage. We played it cool to get our stuff, which arrived today. I am pursuing legal and financial recourse. Contact me if you are interested in pursuing this with me.
