BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not hire them!!!
- Extremely rude contractor/agent:
The agent's name is JOE. He is terrible. He will be nice when he does not have a contract with you; however, once you pay your $200 deposit, he transforms. He is the nastiest, rudest contractor I've talked to. I am fuming as I write this. I complained to the company and then he started being "nice." way to RUDE to be in this service business.
- 11-hour delayed movers:
They initially gave me a pick-up time of between 12 - 4 PM, which is a HUGE time frame already. I call them at 5 PM, they say they'll get to my place in 1-2 hours. Then I call at 8 PM and they finally tell me they'll come for a pick-up at 11:30 PM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I waited whole day for them; I wasted my time. Obviously, my time is not important to them.
- late delivery
Oh, I should have expected this. Damaged, scratched, stolen.
I'm paying $1000+ and this is what I get. I want to give them ZERO stars.
If you are in a hurry / looking for an accurate service / pleasant experience, this is NOT your option. STAY AWAY.
