I'd give 0 stars if possible. We recently completed an out of state move with Infinity and were given an estimate of $1875 based on just under 700 cubic feet. They loaded all of our belongings onto the truck on moving day and then said our items were now 1800 cubic feet and the new total was $7000!!! Seeing as it was moving day and our items were already on the truck, we had no choice but to pay. When our items arrived at our new location (TWO DAYS LATER THAN PROMISED), many many many items were missing and damaged. The truck that made the delivery was the same size as the one that did the pick up, except now instead of the whole truck our items only took up 1/3. There were someone elses items behind ours, and behind their items was about 6 feet of empty space. The truck size had a 2000 cubic foot capacity. How could our 1800 cubic foot move be taking up only 1/3 of a 2000 cubic foot capacity truck? They obviously flat out LIED to us about the space in an attempt to get more $$$ out of us. My husband also measured the space and it was just under 700 cubic feet like our estimate had suggested it would be. In addition to that, the movers were very aggressive in their attempts to get us to tip them. They also failed to set up our items at our new location which was to be included as per our contract. Funny how these people were so attentive while trying to get our business and now they are missing in action when we have some very serious complaints. STAY FAR FAR FAR away from Infinity Moving, no matter how nice they seem or how great the quote!
