In the beginning I was working with Arthur at Green Van Lines. Although a little rude, he gave me a lot of perks. About a wk before my move day, I miss a call from a woman named Ashley who explains that Green Van Lines contracted the move to them (Infinity Moving and Storage) and they'd be handling the actual move. So...there's nothing else I can do, I call Infinity and make sure that I'm paying exactly what I agreed to. The day before the move I get a call from Sunny (or Sonny) the Infinity driver and he's...not really rude, just a fast talker. He explains that they'll be there between 1-2pm the following day. Move day comes and I'm finished packing by about 12. 1 comes and there's no call. There's no call until 3 and that's just to tell me they're on the way. I’m not trying to get stressed, so I just say ok. They get to me by 5 and it's 2 guys, Sunny the driver & a 16' uHaul. Surprisingly, they're all very polite, size up the apt and get to work. By the end of the day, I felt good about the money I spent and I had faith that they’d get my belongings to NJ safely.
Delivery
I wasn't physically there because I was travelling so my family helped take everything in. The movers arrived around 10am Sat on time and everything went smoothly from what I heard. I arrived the next day and there was no visible damage and looking inside boxes, no damage inside either. On top of my family’s great packing job, Infinity had also packed a number of my high priced items like my TV which arrived safely. No stress & I’m a very happy customer.
