Some of my things never even showed up but because the pick-up packers had not itemize of each item- it never existed even if i had purchase receipts. 95% of my shipment was broken beyond repair, badly damaged, had rat poop on it from being in their storage before delivering to my home. The delivery driver was the boyfriend of the office manager - so when he didn't show up for work on the scheduled day of delivery - She called me at 8:55am to tell me they had no truck.didn't deliver for another week.
The delivery driver and crew could see how badly everything was damaged, I noted all the damaged items on the delivery document and signed it - but made the mistake of not opening every box (there were 50) to check for damage inside the box - so that wasn't acknowledged. Avi went on vacation, no -one could find my file when she returned she "found" my file which now had a delivery document totally different than the one I signed and lifted my signature off of the original. Fortunately the insurance company could see what was happening and I was partially reimbursed. I took them to arbitration - the arbitrator is an employee of Infinity and as far as I know has never ever paid a dime. He is also a liar & a thief. I reported them to state officals who know them very well. I also reported them to the Feds. THEY ARE GANGSTERS - BEWARE!
