When making the contract things went smoothly. The salesperson was honest and cooperative. Adjustments were made in the pricing, but they all seemed reasonable. The people who took my items from my home and put them on the first truck were courteous and did an excellent job of taking great care not to damage anything. After transferring the items from the pick up truck to a larger van the delivery was on time. Then things began to deteriorate. When my items were transferred from the original truck to the truck to take the items on the long haul to Florida items were squashed together and some were damaged. The handlebars on my $1,000 bike were bent (the mover put it between his legs and tried to unbend it!). Someone during the transfer decided that any hand truck on any truck belonged to them and they took it for their own. When I told them it was missing when they delivered my belongings they assured me it would be on the next truck south. That was 5 months ago. After at least 5 phone calls talking with very polite people I still have nothing... no hand truck and a damaged bike.
