They lied, stole, cheated, damaged everything they didn't steal - and made fake "delivery documents". I signed the original document before they left my house. the list of damaged items (not including the contents of the boxes which I had not opened) was so long it took up the entire back side of BOL. The office manager Avi "lifted" my signature off of the original and put it on another BOL and in her own hand writing filled in a few damaged item for me to present to the insurance carrier. She went on vacation for 3 weeks, no one could find my file and when she returned - she magically had fabricated the new form. THESE PEOPLE ARE GANGSTERS. I notified the state and federal authorities. Don't bother with arbitration - they are owned by the moving company!
