We moved from coast to coast and decided to go with Infinity moving because they seemed to offer reasonable prices and claimed not to use brokers. The representatives on the phone were nice and helpful, but the experience with the moving crew was an absolute nightmare. They arrived almost 12 hours late from the scheduled time for pickup, and the first thing they tole me was that they REQUIRED a 15% tip, plus they wanted to charge us extra for the flight of stairs. I had to make them call the office to clarify that the extra payment was not stipulated in the contract. During transit, they were careless about our belongings and several items in boxes and pieces of furniture resulted broken due to this. The absolute worse was that they lost (or stole?) a box that contained all our family photos. It was never found, even though I've called the company over months. Imagine losing all your family memories to someone you are actually paying to do a good service! We filed a claim for the damaged and lost items and never heard back. I hope this helps someone to stay clear off this company!
