Joe was a good agent however was pretty "off" as far as quoting price. Pick-up was poor (probably because it was a weekend). Infinity office called Friday to advise p/u was on time as scheduled for Saturday morning between 8-10. However, drivers kept calling and putting off p/u time and day. This went on until Sunday evening and then they wanted to postpone pick-up until Monday morning! This was unacceptable, so when I started to get angry, they quickly changed their minds and said they could come late afternoon. When I questioned them further as to how far they were from my home...they said "oh, about 30 minutes", but it would still take them 2-3 hours to show up.
We waited 22 days for items to come from Michigan to California, but we were advised of that ahead of time...so no surprises!
/*off went flawless and Ben (the driver) was on-time, very professional, and wonderful to work with. Totally opposite of the individuals doing the pick-up. All items made it from Michigan to California with nothing broken!
Overall, it was worth the money to not have to rent a U-Haul and do it ourselves!
