They were late - broke my antique cedar chest, gilt candlesticks, Waterford goblet and "lost" several boxes, one which contained purses worth over $10,000 purchased from - guess where - New York City. Customer service made me give them a minimum of 30 days to "locate" the boxes - no such luck. They would not call me back after 30 days and I repeatedly left messages.
Then I went into the claims process. This is a joke, too. Mandatory arbitration - what's to arbitrate - I have pictures of the damage and no purses - what's the question here. This is an "up to 90 days" process, also.
The delivery driver was rude, argued with me when I told him he didn't deliver everything, and took off like a rocket when the last box was set down.
NEVER AGAIN - I've been military and in engineering, I'm no rookie to the professional moving experience. These people are horrible!!!!!!!!!!!
