Horrfic experience by far the worst

I hired this company to relocate my belongings from North Carolina to Virginia and it was the worst mistake I've made in a long time. The experience was absolutely horrific. My estimate ($1,073) was predicated on every item that was to be packaged and moved. I was notified Thursday January 13th (by John) that my pickup was scheduled for Saturday January 15th between 12 and 2 pm. I flew in from NC to VA to prepare and facilitate the move. At 2PM on the 15th no movers or courtesy call from the Infinity Movers. When I phoned them I was apprised that my move wasn't scheduled for that day and perhaps I could be fit into the next day schedule, and that I shouldn't have listened to (john) the person who phoned me to confirm the pickup. I had to change my return flight reservation (at an additional cost to me) to facilitate a late pickup. Upon arrival of the movers the driver (lead person) was extremely rude, offensive, argumentative, and at times appearing combative. I presume the driver had an attitude with me because his scheduled had been impacted to accommodate my move and he babbled about he having spent five or so hours at a weigh station. Circumstances beyond my control. Finally after packing my belongings on a truck which apparently was overfilled. I was told that my new total was now approximately $700 more for a new estimate of $1,753.55. Albeit nothing changed from my belongings from the original estimate to pickup. In fact I had three less boxes than quoted from my original estimate. Furthermore several of my items (queen size headboard, mattress, box spring and a box) were loaded and secured to the outside of truck and were delivered to me in the same fashion. When I phoned Infinity to express my situation and dissatisfaction, my sentiments fell on "deaf ears". I received absolutely no empathy, compromise, or resolution. Relocating and moving in and of itself is hectic enough. If you don't want a horrific experience I implore you DO NOT USE INFINITY MOVING & STORAGE
