This is the worst possible moving company..Please go through all the reviews Infinity has received before choosing them.
They are dishonest, completely non-professional and wont care about your stuff once they get the advance payment. They picked up my things before the scheduled time, one day in advance, without giving me enough time to pack, and claimed that they had to do this because any later date might be too late! Their packaging staff asked for a 10% tip after packaging. Nonetheless, the packaging people were the only honest/hardworking guys in the entire company.
The final price after packing up all my stuff did not much the suggested quote amount. After threatening them with law suit they finally agreed to honor the initial quote.
Once our stuff was with them they kept lying about the delivery date; after calling them a couple of times when our things didn't arrive 10 days after the scheduled delivery date, their customer care rep (Michelle) said that they can ship it any time within the 21 days after the scheduled delivery date. After 2 weeks passed of hearing excuses, I called back to enquired about the delivery , she said that only if I stop calling that they could get time to do their job !
PLEASE DO NOT consider the cheap quotes they offer because they bump up their prices later. Do read all the reviews Infinity has received from other movers and choose a different moving company, it will save you all the headache and stress!!
