I set up the move one month in advance. On the day of the move the truck broke down, then they told me the truck would come the next day. The next day the driver told me he had an extremely big job, and that he was not going to be able to make it, while the office was telling me something else. Well, the driver showed up around 6:30 pm with an incompetent helper and they were there until 10 p.m (I ONLY HAD A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT).
The estimate they gave me was $1100; I had to give the driver $1468 because it was a non-binding estimate. Also, don't bother labeling your boxes because they stack them up without any concern for the contents.
They also told me, they would be here (florida) the 7th of June; they showed up the 14th of june. To make matters worse, once the driver arrived in his tractor trailer, which I told them in advance would not fit in my apartment complex, I was told that I HAD TO RENT A U-HAUL TO TRANSFER MY THINGS from the tractor to my apartment and PAY $200 FOR THE 1ST 200 CUBIC FEET and .50 cents for every cubic foot after that (FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF $345).
As you can see an estimate that was $1100 initially turned out to be $1758 plus they broke my T.V stand and my Vacuum Cleaner, and it can take up to 90 days to receive reimbursement for it.
Also, they only reimburse you for the stuff they packed. If you packed it yourself, and receive it broken, you are SOL. If you don't believe me ask Chris, the dispatcher I was dealing with at the office who was supposed to call me before my stuff got here, and ended quitting 2 days before it actually arrived.
I don't know what else to tell you, but spread the word and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
