Infinity understimated our estimate by A LOT to get the business. Then they kept trying to switch the pick up time and make it earlier, even though I had told them it it was not possible. Then, they charged my credit card twice in a row for $1678 which was not authorized. I had to call them continuously to get it off my account.
The movers told me anything they disassembled would be put together in Colorado (i.e. beds). The second company they hired to deliver our things told us "Infinity always says this, but it is not true, we are not paid to assemble anything." They also told me that I was charged much more than other companies.
It was a horrible situation, and the owner of the company was disrespectful and rude. I have filed claims against them. I will never use this company or recommend it to anyone, even my worst enemy.
