So when this company says it's their policy to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied, even if a mishap occurs, they are being totally honest. That's not just some PR wording to get you a hire them. For a specifically this man when they moved our belongings and arrived 10 hours later than scheduled, even though they called to let us know they would be delayed, they still gave us a discount on the entire move itself when we expressed how inconvenient this is been for us. Additionally they were very apologetic and in no way made us feel like our complaints were trivial. In short they did not rest until we were once again 100% satisfied, thereby making good on their company promise.
