I hired Houston 1 Movers to move me from Galveston to Houston on Saturday, May 28th. I called to confirm my reservation a few days before and was told everything was all set. I made a special trip down to Galveston specifically to be there for the movers - they never showed up. Pick up time was from 12-2, and I never received any type of phone calling saying they were not coming. Poor customer service and not dependable, I would not recommend this company.
