We paid the company $500 to set up the date to pick up our furniture then we had to pay half of the original price before they would go the my home and pick my stuff up after they put everything in the truck the price went all the way up to $5,611.00!! They said it was because they didn't know about a swing set we had hut it was out on the original contract that was emailed to me and among other things they added saying wasn't on the contract which they were!! After my stuf was picked up I couldn't get ahold of anyone for a week! After I did get ahold of someone to ask when my at if would be delivered they told it wouldn't be delivered until 75% of the price was paid which was $3,400. After waiting a week thinking my stuf was being delivered they didn't bother to call me and tell me I had to pay the 75% before it would be delivered. We then paid them in full didn't owe them a dime they tell me a driver has to be assigned to our stuff to move it after calling them every single day for a month they finally told me my stuff was being loaded on a truck they told me that on Monday I called them back on Thursday to see where my stuff was and they guy said he didn't know that he thinks it was being loaded the next day even tho I was toldonday it had been loaded well that Saturday the driver called me to say he would be here Sunday he asked if a 70 foot truck would get in and out of our rd I told him no we live on a residential rd a truck that big would never fit on it they then told me that our stuff would have to be transferred to a shuttle and redelivered which would have cost us an extra $1,800.00 to do so my husband told them we were getting a uhaul and would just meet them and get our stuff our selves which we had to pay $70 for the uhaul. They loaded the stuff in the uhual and me and my husband had to unload it at our house my husband had to move all of our heavy furniture upstairs by himself. And several things I opened were broke! And I know we didn't do it unloading it off the uhaul we made sure we were careful with our things. And to top it off my husband $200 drill is missing it wasn't packed in a box so either the moving guys took it or they put it with someone else's things. Please whatever u do do not use this moving company we had to live in an empty house for a month sleeping on blow up mattresses. I would have rather strapped our stuff to my back and walked it here
