Horrible Experience

This moving company is horrible. When planning my move they called me 2-3 times a day etc and once I paid the deposit it was like they fell off the face of the earth. My original quotes price was 1350, I added a bookcase and desk four days before my move and the price jumped to 1605. Additionally, the items I did mention for the mover were not all listed. Also the representative I had spoken to all this while conveniently was not available right before my move so I got a completely new person who knew nothing about what we had discussed and frankly was not the nicest. To finalize the day of pick up I was told someone one would call 24 h prior, this person called me at 6pm! They said they would arrive between 12:30-3p, the truck driver called at 2:44p to tell me they were going to be 2 hours late. There was no bad weather, no life threatening issue, it was just they had 2 moves prior to mine and so they got delayed! The movers were nice but the proceeded to break the additional book shelf I had added to hike up My price. My move was around 260 mi and I told the representative that I was not willing to wait 21 days until things were delivered and he assured me it would not be that long at all. He assured me it would take no more than 1-2 days... Now they are telling me my contract says up to 21 days. When I sent an email to ask the status of my belongings I received a reply email that stated my items were "in transit." I am still waiting for my belongings. The person who called me 2-3x daily to set up this move did not even have the courtesy to call or email me, I got a reply from someone I never spoke to before. All in all, I feel this company is full of sweet talkers and "yes" men to get you hooked and then everything they say is a lie. They are not honest or trustworthy but will say almost anything to get you to sign a contract. I GREATLY regret hiring this company.
