After reading the reviews I hired Household Van Lines to complete a move. I paid the deposit via credit card, the pick up charge was paid by bank certified check. The pick up was neve done by the orginial scheduled movers. After numerous calls, the dispatcher sent another truck several days later. The pick up was finally completed. Days followed with no contact. I called to query when the delivery was to occur, no reply by any representative - the manager Christina indicated it was in the dispatcher's hands and no longer in theirs. Finally I was able to get a hold of a representative in dispatch who informed me the furniture was being held in storage for nonpayment. Several calls are in process to provide proof of the payment. No one appears to be taking responsibility.
