Still Waiting For Delivery

First and foremost I am still waiting for delivery of our household shipment from Snohomish, Washington to Aliso Viejo, California more than 43 days and was just recently told that the delivery would occur between the 8th and 12th of October 2013. We have spoken to many people in this company trying to get them to not only pick up our items in Seattle as they were or are being held temporarily in storage in Seattle, Washington. We have used them on a prior occasion moving from Corona, California to Seattle back in 2009 only to have them jack up the rates as the driver refused to bring his truck into the storage property as there trailer had a belly box on top of the fact that they were more than 7 hours late with little on no communication. on top of that they nailed us for approximately $700.00 dollars in overages do to the distance that they had to carry our household goods to the storage unit since they refused to bring in the truck.
Now, the latest incident is that we allowed them a second chance of redemption only to find out that none of what they promise or say has any merit to it. This company has no integrity, dishonest, unwilling to negotiate and in my opinion cannot be trusted, no matter whom you speak to all you get is a big runaround with little or no commitment. As of this moment our household is still in the temporary storage facility in storage. Every time I speak with someone different at Hercules Moving Systems they tell me that are household is either on a truck, in Seattle still of in California, to be honest I do not know what to believe anymore. On top of all that we got racked for overages again as they state that the volume was over 300 plus cubic feet larger then initially proposed or quoted. We still are waiting for our household items to not only ship, physically on a truck and confirmation that it shipped, from what i was told everything is still in Seattle. i do not know what else to say, I am baffled and it's a big mystery how Hercules still remains in business to this day treating the customers or clients the way they have been treating us.
