Never again, I wonder how theese companies are anyway legal

On the phone the Mike that kept me updated before I sent the deposit and was nice. He told me that the items are delivered in 10dd AVERAGE from the day I indicated on the bill. Of course I had other things to do than to stay at home contemplating their arrival. I was on a business trip when on a Sunday morning (!!) a guy calls me telling me that he was about to deliver my stuff the day after. And I was wondering, Mike told me you would have let me know about 3 days from delivery! Then of course the guy on the phone tells me I would have to pay extra charges because they have to store the items somewhere else, and the truck will probably be to wide to get to my street, and, and... Basically I ended spending $200 more on delivery. Some of the items were broken. The moving company on some of the damaged items because those boxes were "packed" by ME! So I asked one of the delivery guys "you could basically throw the boxes I packed out of the 12th floor and still not be responsible", he said: "YES"! Plus their reliability is for 60 cents per lbs, way below a lb of tomatoes. If you read the contract you'll understand how much the nice talk is just to rip you off!
When I ask for the final invoice. They had only the pick-up part updated. They never updated the info regarding the delivery. Spend your money and spare the headache!
