I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. They originally told me that they will give me seven days notice for the pickup (I told them the timing was very important as I has business to attend to in various places as well as moving out of state on a specific day). When I got the quote it said they would only give me one day notice for pickup. I called and asked about this issue and they assured me that due to my situation I would have 'approximately' one week notice. after a bunch of emails back and forth I ended up getting less than 24 hours notice. Tyhey guaranteed a specific pickup time frame of 3 hours. They never showed up or called. I called them and they said it would be 3 more hours. After 3 more hours they didnt call or show up. I called them again and the dispatcher basically told me this wasn't her problem and hung up on me. I called back and canceled. End result, I left for business and I have to pay one more month's rent on my place since all my stuff is still there after the move out day. NEVER EVER USE THESE GUYS.
