Increased original quote, which was based on pounds, by nearly $2,000. At the time of obtaining a phone quote AND at signing of contract, before they hauled my belongings away, I informed them that a 73 ft trailer could not make it in to the destination, was told that I would have to pay another $300. I had stated that this was not possible at the signing of the contract. Was then informed that they would hold my items and charge me by the day if I did not agree to pay the additional amount. I refuse to respond to this sabotage. Any lawyers want to take up this cause? It's a sure win.
