Do not consider using this utterly unreliable mover. Hercules revised my fee from an estimated $2,500 to nearly $5,000 after placing my items in its truck. As of today, 17 days after pickup, the truck has not arrived. In fact, it didn't leave the area for two full weeks following pickup. After several follow-up phone calls I was told that my things would arrive three weeks after pickup. The truck never arrived so I phoned again. This time they told me it would be yet another week before delivery XXXa full four weeks for a move from California to Massachusets. I now expect them to attempt to charge me even more upon arrival.
Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. These incompetent sharks aren't worth the trouble.
