My move out date was the 29th of March. Allen called to confirm late Friday night, that his movers were going to be at my storage unit by 8:30am, no later then 9:00am. Well come Saturday morning at 8:30am, no movers and no phone call. So I called Allen- but guess what?? My phone calls went straight to voice mail. So 9am rolls around, still no movers! This is very unprofessional, considering this is the end of the month. He put me in a very tight bind, could not find any other mover or U-hauls available. 9:15am still waiting! Helping hands SUCK!!
