I might be one of the most disorderly persons on the planet. I rescheduled my move three times and was not able to finish packing my things on the day of the move. I really have a lot on my plate at that time. I was blessed to seek help from this superb company that made things a thousand times easier! I’m so grateful to Harmony Relocation Group and Ethan for making this almost impossible move possible! They took extra care of my heavy and awkward items and transferred them to my new place without any conflict. When my items didn’t get back to me on time, Ethan stayed over the phone to update me about the whereabouts and assure the security of my belongings. I got very worried about it so he tried his best to calm me down and fix the situation ? and he did. Turned out that they won’t be able to send my things until the next day. Just like planned, they brought my things the day after and arranged my items how I instructed them. I think I got lucky that Ethan helped me in this chaotic move. He’s so knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. Of course, I also want to take into account Simon and his team’s fantastic moving abilities. You’re the real deal, guys! Keep it up, I’ve never seen anyone do what you do better!
