The call I had with a rep was pretty straightforward. She asked me for detailed information about my belongings, both furniture, and electronics, to give an accurate price quote. Everything was sent through email as I requested. The next thing I knew, I already had a final schedule. As the move got nearer, a dispatcher called me to confirm if I was still good to go.
They worked efficiently, I did not need to check up on them every second just to make sure that they are using their time wisely. I provided a set of instructions before they started moving and they just worked their way out. They loaded the trucks for 2.5 hours. I felt reassured that they would not sabotage the property’s flooring and walls.
When we arrived at Bloomfield Hills, they lasted not even an hour to unload the truck at the new home. Jane, our contact person in Michigan, communicated with us the entire move to ensure a smooth process and accommodated our questions.
