I hired Harmony Relocation Group because of the amazing reviews posted online. Probably not the best moving encounter, but it’s sufficiently good. All good with punctuality, they arrived early. I established a good rapport with the movers. They did their job faster than any other movers I worked with. Everything went downhill after that. I reached out to them for updates but they only answered after almost a week. I received my goods within the timeframe they gave me which was up to 14 days max. What made me really upset was that they broke a big picture frame and Pyrex glass baking dish and I found a visible blemish at my mahogany table. I lodged a complaint and upon confirmation, they compensated me after. I still think they could have prevented it. A lot of things to improve on but still OK. They acknowledged their mistakes, I appreciate that. I might or might not use them again.
