I was totally disappointed with Guardian-moving systems service and customer care.
The initial estimate as given to me for 1050. Later on it went up to 1350 st pick up time.
I accepted for it and paid .
Then it went further up by 350 at delivery saying that 48' trucks are not allowed in my premises hence charging shuttle service ,which is not true. I checked with my leasing office. I didn't accept for the high price and was discussing with their management .
The management was rude and No courtesy at all to the customer.
Meanwhile,After some time , the delivery guy asked me to sign on a paper and said that he'll start delivery after my signature.( he trapped me by taking signature on delivery paper with out any delivery)
He asked me to pay money. When I went home to get cash,he ran away with truck without informing me.
I trusted the company and engaged it for my move. But they cheated me.
I am so unhappy and disappointed with their service. I don't recommend this company for any one.
There is one more Guarding moving systems that seems to be genuine company. These guys are using their name and misusing it. Beware of Guardian !!!!!
