GRIZZLY VAN LINE is by far the WORST experience i have ever had having moved across country several times and locally 3 times....the communication was ZERO...
started with their ESTIMATE by PHONE...after several attempts to make sure they were covering the weight of the my shipment they did increase the gross weight and then on the day of pick up...the driver was telling me he had to increase the "estimate" by $2,000......i finally worked out an add of $1,000....making the cost of the move $4900.
upon unpacking...there were many broken dishes, a badly damaged expensive mattress, missing tools (i believe stolen)....and then today the insurance carrier for Grizzly Van Line advised me that the settlement claim they are willing to send me is $54.00....ARE YOU GUYS KIDDING....you should be ashamed to even offer this amount...that does not pay to replace ONE dish let alone replace the damaged mattress (replacement cost $3,000 + freight and tax)....
