Terrible Service and a Rip off

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was quoted one price and once my furnishings were picked up and "weighed" they charged me a super higher price then quoted. Since they have your things you can't say NO.
They had stated they would do direct delivery and they ended up storing my things in a warehouse for over a MONTH. The only reason i received my things was because I escalated the issue.
When items received the driver was very rude and would not unload anything until he was paid in full and then I was charged another $200 dollars for things that were told to me that would be covered. Then they were not willing to wait until I went through everything to confirm my things were there. To top off they wanted a TIP. REALLY
Within in 2 days realized that furniture had been damaged, some of it REALLY bad and they "LOST" 20 of my boxes. They stated that they would look for them and I would have to call every week or so for status and continued to say they were looking for them. after over a month they finally told me they were "LOST" Belongings worth $5000 are only going to be refunded $300 through their insurance.
They have GREAT salespeople and Crappy Customer Service
Not worth your time, effort or STRESS!!
