I had a good experience with Green Van Lines during my recent move from Texas to Washington DC. We had a large 3BR move and required some packing services as well. I decided to go with the on-site estimate versus a telephone quote because I read online that is what professionals recommend. The sales representative that came out was very courteous and took the time to make sure I understood everything clearly. Very unique presentation and definitely stood out from the other companies. I was happy with the pickup crew who took their time to make sure everything was wrapped properly. My things arrived on time and within the timeframe that I was promised. I had no issues with the delivery guys and tipped them nicely once the move was completed. They were fast and the offloading didn't take much time. They really cared for my belongings. The customer service was amazing and my sales rep was up front and took the time to explain everything. Whenever I called the office if I wasn’t able to get my sales rep on the phone I would always be able to reach one of the other departments such as dispatch. They were very prompt with answering my questions by phone or e-mail. I received outstanding service from this company and the price was very reasonable compared to my previous moves. I loved my experience and wouldn't hesitate to move with them again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to have a hassle free move.
