We made arrangements for our shipment and informed them that we must receive it by 9/1/10. We were assured by Stacey if picked up by 8/23 we would receive by 9/1. When shipment was not received on day promised I contacted the dispatcher and was cursed out and told that it was too bad they had 14 business days to deliver and he was not going to do anything to honor the original agreement. After hanging up on me he called me back and said I would receive my shipment in 2 days (9/3). Naturally the shipment did not arrive on 9/3. I called back and was told that the truck broke down in South Carolina (you have to go through No. Carolina to get to So. Carolina). I subsequently called their main office and spoke with someone who said he was the owner. He informed me that my shipment was still in their storage facility in New Jersey. We did not receive our shipment until 9/11. Boxes were wet, damaged or opened and resealed. The contents of some boxes were broken. Two speakers that were supposed to be wrapped by the company were not wrapped and badly damaged. The top of one speaker was ripped completely off, the wood on the sides of both speakers were scraped and chipped. Our lawn furniture and coffee tables were numbered in black permanent marker that we cannot remove. All-in-all this was the worst experience I have ever had with any shipping company. I do not understand how they can stay in business with their rude behavior and dismal business practices and customer service. This company is in business to rip people off. Do yourself a favor and NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
